P. D. Plastics (Aust) Pty. Ltd. commenced business in 1999, initially engaged in the importation of Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU), consulting and in house technical training.

The business continued to grow with Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) and Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) added to the product range.

More recently an extensive range of engineering plastics including PC, PBT, POM, PPE, PA6 and PA6.6, along with alloys PC/ABS, PC/PET, PC/PBT, PMMA/ABS and PPE/PA, and specialty compounds suited to electrically and thermally conductive applications and those requiring self lubricating materials have been introduced.
